When I was referencing "poaching", which in the business world means stealing another's employees, I was referring to what Crowder brought up multiple times on Pool's show and was a big revelation, which is after their negotiations, DW tried to poach multiple employees.  One employee (Gary, his social media guy) let Crowder show the emails on Pool's show, but there's other employees they went after.

"Poaching" had absolutely nothing to do with Crowder.

No. I watched the two videos in the first few posts and then replied to the claim about poaching, THINKING it was in regard to one of the first two videos.

Quoting me was at least was discussing the Daily Wire video. I never viewed his post as anything else. My comment was about Crowder, and Zen's comment was about Daily Wire.

Regardless how the offer was presented, it was interesting information. I see as "glass half empty" in nature (focused on penalties), when it should have been "glass half full" (focused on rewards). I am looking at this not as a political mindset, but a business mindset.

I don't necessarily see recruiting as poaching. It ultimately comes down to the person. Money, or loyalty. What is personally important to you. It's like the wife blaming the hooker when the husband cheats.

With all due respect, it's not about how you look at it, it's about how Crowder thinks of it.   Its not about penalties verses rewards to him, it's about how they do business, cow towing to Big Tech and more specifically "Big Social" handicapping the growth of the conservative movement.
