The Iranian president did not say much that I had not heard from other sources before. Likely Judge Naps guests like Alastair Crooke (former UK diplomat now in Beirut) or Chas Freeman (former US ambassador to Saudi Arabia).

The Tousi piece got old after a while. He kept saying the IRGC had been provided too many platforms and Tucker should not have provided the president another one. I disagree. It is the first time I ever saw the guy. I never watch CNN etc so I never saw the guy.

I have not kept up with Iran news. My impression was always negative but then again this was always based on anti Iranian sources. IMO you should listen to other sides then form an opinion.

I hear that Iranians still shout Death to America.  I put myself in their shoes. US overthrew their govt in 1953. We armed Iraq for the 8 year war on Iran. US maybe paid for German chemical weapons used by Iraq on Iran. Maybe 200K to 600K Iranians died in the war. As a percent of pop in the US multiply by 3.  Now the US provides Israel with weapons to attack Iran who recently killed several top officials and scientists along with their families. US directly bombed Iran days ago.

If Iran did this stuff to US I would be in favor of death to Iran.

True however if Iran had the bomb I doubt they would give it to the Houthi's. They could however, develop a launch system in Houthi territory attacking from outside Iran.

I'm more concerned with the likes of a dirty bomb, not a nuclear explosion.
Not that any of us should be concerned, but rather the way our government responds. By removing rights in exchange for safety.
Case in point, 911 should have been on the people to show strength, more concealed carry, instead, the Govt took away our lighters and sharp objects.
Our freedoms, our loss of privacy have all led to a Federal ID over the lie of 911. "The Real ID" BS.

Any act of terrorism is met with more restrictions on OUR Freedoms. Sorry, I should have been more clear on what I meant, but my awake times are far and few between now.

But that help set the stage for how to handle covid, mass shootings, and evil thinking. The government learned a lot after 9-11, unfortunately it had little to do with our enemies and more to do with controlling us. The big question is did the American public learn anything?  I hope Trump's election is a sign the people have had enough.

Exactly! They learned people will do as they're told if you wrap it in Patriotism.
Trump is just the beginning, but unless people wake up and fight back, they could lose it all.
I have faith, but it's not 1965; those people are gone, we're the last of them, and we'll be gone within 20 years.
Think there's enough fire in the people to fight?

No, just look at what the people gave up during covid. All the government has to do while they are starving the masses is tell them it is for their own good.
