I confess. I'd read about ultra-butch Rachel Maddow, but had never actually watched a clip of her show at basement-rated MSNBC.

This 9-minute foray into the depraved liberal mind follows Maddow's horror at the idea that conservatives like Jim DeMint might somehow take pleasure in shutting down U.S. government --- simply for the PLEASURE OF SHUTTING DOWN GOVERNMENT.

Yup. That's it. Not to push through a given pork bill, or any of the usual reasons individual senators may block a given bill. DeMint (clearly a danger to America, just ask her) is that kind who wants to shut it down because it would make him happy.

This thing is beauteous in its blindness. Why, how could we EXIST without THEIR government?

From a production standpoint, this is better than anything that fellow asylum inmate Keith Overbite ever turned out. It's got topic-appropriate moving-footage imagery in ALLLLLL the right places, the camera and makeup work were above-average --- and the comedic value was up on High.

Go waste nine precious minutes of your life, sharing our Rachel's pain. We unthinkably cruel conservatives can do that much, laughing at the fools moving two steps behind the voters.

Basically all he is doing is putting the Government on a "Time Out".  They have been misbehaving and someone needed to take a lead and make them stop and look at what their actions have done.  Basic parenting....which obviously neither Obama or any of the Democrats ever had...

Here's a factoid to scare you. Olbermann earns $7.5 million a year and draws the lowest cable TV news audience for his time-slot. The network has it wrong. If they paid the money to us to WATCH him, his ratings would go up to a point he earns the investment in any salary.

Whatever they're paying Maddow, it surely is a fraction of Olbermann's take-home. Go figure on that equality of the cross-genders thing  :-X ....

A good Halloween show would be if Maddow's skin rips open and Pelosi crawls out.

I've only watched Maddow a few times, but just like Olbermann, facts are never offered. This makes the sheep actually take their verbage for fact.

That is a big problem I have with him.  He just spews so much crap and has no idea what he is saying, like the time he said The Constitution has no preamble.

Same with Olbermann.
