Nope.  I believe that Nord Stream 2 wasn't functioning anyway, kind of like the Keystone XL pipeline that was wrongly blamed for increasing gas prices, so there wasn't a need to blow it up to fuck Russia.

I'm not saying the pipeline wasn't blown up.  I'm saying that Biden's comment wasn't a reference to sabotage and that sabotage wasn't even necessary because Germany stopped the project...a project that hadn't even moved any gas.

Again, three separate countries did investigations and found nothing conclusive on who did it.  Yes, the US may have done it.  Russia may have done it.  Any number of other countries may have done it, but stating it as FACT that the US did it is not accurate.
