The SCOTUS said Texas has no standing to object to how another state changes it rules to run its elections.  I don't know if fraud and cheating were mentioned in this suit but they should have been, I think every state that abides by Constitutional guidelines has standing to object to any other Jurisdiction that doesn't especially when obvious fraud is involved.

It seems to me this suit was more proceedural based rather than based on illegal (unconstitutional) practices such as fraud and cheating, perhaps thats why the SCOTUS refused it.

What was it?  5 cities/counties that stuffed the ballot box with fraudulent votes that swung the election?  If they can get away with it this time, next time it will be 10 cities/counties, then 20. 

It is the hallmark of the left.  Be Santa Clause to enough people and they will vote how ever you want them to.  Free stuff, that's all it takes.  Allowing drug use, tent cities, section 8 housing, free medical, dental and vision.  No cooperation with fed immigration laws, motor voter laws and the next thing you know you have a hub of compliant people that will vote for Santa Clause many times over.  Fraud, what fraud?  Well maybe a little fraud but it wasn't rampant, so it's all good.  Bullcrap.  The biggest mistake these modern robbers have failed to understand is that the deplorables are not going anywhere and we are damn sure not going to recognize Joke Buydon as anything more than a demented pedophile.  And comrade Headboard Harris is nothing more than a used up old whore.

A woman testified to seeing mail in ballots with no folds.  How does that happen?  It is impossible to have a mail in ballot without folds.

The election officials broke all kinds of laws.
If the police break the law in collecting evidence, the evidence is not admissible in court.
Likewise, if a state breaks the law in conducting an election, that should invalidate the election.
