I couldn't find anything about Texas illegally changing election laws.  If I was making such an allegation I would at least back it up with a link. All I can find is the old liberal argument that the lawsuit disenfranchises voters.
Abbot allowed early voting to be extended by six days, he also limited the number of drop boxes for absentee ballots to one per county. This did not change any laws for how people vote like blanket mail out did.

It seems that the resident Lib keeps deflecting from the topic instead of addressing the facts that are posted.  In another thread he/she brings up a pardon to deflect.

This lawsuit is huge because other states coming on board.  I have new hope that the democrats won't succeed with their election fraud.

In other words, he knows the left cheated, so he's trying to claim we did the same, so we're hypocrites.
But the admittance still stands, they know the left cheated.

There is no doubt in my mind that Bejing Biden and Komrad Harris KNEW that there was going to be fraud. That is why Biden stayed in his basement and never addressed difficult questions.

This has got to help their case when one of the states involved signs on. https://gellerreport.com/2020/12/pennsylvania-house-leaders-file-brief-to-support-texas-in-supreme-court-lawsuit-against-pennsylvania.html/

QuotePennsylvania's House speaker and majority leader on Thursday filed an amici curiae brief with the Supreme Court against the state of Pennsylvania and in favor of Texas's lawsuit against the commonwealth and three other states.

Are you talking about the other states and territories that are against the lawsuit? Theres more of them.
And what have they signed to show that? Right now it is Texas and 17 other states against the four, and now you also have this,

You have nothing.

23-17 you lose again
What they signed states

That is wrong, the constitution grants the "state legislatures" the power. Looks like they need to go back to the drawing board.

QuoteOne unusual feature of the Elections Clause is that it does not confer the power to regulate congressional elections on states as a whole, but rather the "Legislature" of each state.

Well the SCOTUS screwed us all. It's over, Lawsuit rejected. How the hell can this happen? When Biden takes over, things will go south really quick. The criminal Dems will fix the Georgia runoff too.

Relax, it's OK, really. Keep in mind, Texas came out of no where with this lawsuit, but Trump still has a plan in place, so nothing changed, and Texas can still take this to SCOTUS, they just used the wrong law is all.

I have lost hope at this point. I thought this lawsuit had a chance. I feel that it being rejected, ends Trump's chances. I don't feel good about this at all. I'm praying for a miracle.

Don't fret. Sidney Powell and Trump's legal team have a ton of evidence that is grounded. This Texas suit was theoretical and did not have any precedent from history on which to base itself. It sounded good in theory but just wasn't heavy enough for the USSC to hear arguments.

The electoral college formally elects Biden on Monday. There isn't anymore time.
