I'm pretty sure that everything on the docket doesn't actually get heard. Has SCOTUS actually said they're going to hear the case, or is it just "on the docket"?

No, it's pretty black and white, an up or down vote, they either reject it outright, or accept it.

Allen West: Seven States Will Join Texas in SCOTUS Lawsuit Against Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania

Col. Allen West joined Steve Bannon Tuesday evening on The War Room.   Allen West, the Republican Party Texas state leader, went on to discuss today's Texas lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania at the Supreme Court.

West told Steve Bannon that Louisiana joined the lawsuit on Tuesday afternoon.

Louisiana AG Jeff Landry announced earlier this afternoon that Louisiana is joining in on the Texas lawsuit filed yesterday against the states of Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania over irregularities and lawlessness in the conduct of the 2020 election.

Allen West told Steve Bannon, "I think you're going to see ten states sign on to this petition and lawsuit.  I know as you said Louisiana just came on board."

SEVEN states have now joined the Texas lawsuit, arguing that the Equal Protection Clause has been violated in this election from state-to-state.

Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky, North Carolina, and South Carolina have now joined so we have a total of eight states joining Texas. I expect more to join.

redbeard

Oklahoma is looking at it and may be next! Don't know what's keeping Florida! I suspect they will join too!

17 states now...

I was thrilled when Texas filed suit against the swing states that are being contested. I didn't even know that states could do this, but they did and now 17 states are supporting the effort:

Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia.

While everything else is going on and partisan judges are acting like idiots, I think this lawsuit is going to push everything over to Trump's side!!!!

What standing does texas have or any of the other states to have anything to do with another states voters? Youre on youre own goal line with 99 yards to go down by 8. You need a. 99 yard hail mary follwed by a two point conversion. So i guess ya have a chance

This is a republic, which is a collection of states that are governed by the people. I suppose that this lawsuit means that the states can force the federal government to get involved in something large, especially a Presidential election that is rife with fraud, cheating, and corruption. Texas and the other states are asking the USSC to get involved... and soon.

They are throwing a red flag to get the judges up in the booth to review the play.

"What standing does Texas have or any other states to have anything to with another states voters?" The point is that 1) there was fraud which negated legitimate votes 2) there was a change in certain states that was both unconstitutional and unlawful. This could apply to virtually EVERY other state!

The fraud happened and the change in election rules happened because President Trump was hated by the Democrats.
