So, basically, Texas is arguing for National Election Standards...

I don't see how this clause was violated:

"Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector."

The number of electors wasn't changed by any courts or executive actions.

edit: I see what Texas is arguing, now. They may have a good shot with it, actually.

I explained this twice already.
"Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures."

In other words, these states violated the election by stealing the Electoral influence of other states. Entirely un Constitutional!

Why did your handlers send you to a site where you are totally out of your league?

I was fixing breakfast fool!
What you claim to be bull shit, is exactly what the article stated quite clearly as the truth, yet somehow my posting it is a lie?

Now, I'm going for my after breakfast cup of coffee, so before you post "Bull Shit", I suggest you be sure of what you're posting, because this forum alerts everyone when you edit your posts.

Yeah. The last thing you posted about "handlers" was bullshit.

And, of course we can see when posts are edited. That's why we know it took you 8 minutes to reply to my post with your bullshit.

Actually, I'm sure you quoted me After I had already edited my post; otherwise the edit wouldn't show up in yours.

Like I said, you didn't make it to the end of my original post.

Enjoy your breakfast, though. No hard feelings.

Nope, because the reply was open while I was away, it will automatically include your edit. Just one of the many issues with this forum software.
And that's why I didn't "make it to the end of your post", it wasn't there when I originally hit reply.

Oh, and I never take anything personal, I just don't care enough to give a shit. Honestly, nothing bothers me because we're killing the Marxists DNC and taking our country back, and that's a Fact Jack!
Hell, I'm damn near giddy everyday, have been since 6 months after Trump was elected.

This should be interesting

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2020/12/07/texas-sues-georgia-michigan-pennsylvania-and-wisconsin-at-supreme-court-

This is good.  And it's absolutely true, what the executive orders did was cheat the rest of the country.  My guess is the crooks did not count on John Roberts being knocked out of his liberal spearheading and rewriting laws to suit the desires of the left/marxist/democraps.  If our Constitution has any chance to survive this Article II has to be enforced, as written!  Nothing more important than a fair election for a Republic to survive, otherwise we are just another corrupt mob rule democracy.

Should we take bets on if the SCOTUS will actually hear the case from Texas?
