Why would he do that before he got to the SC? He doesnt want a big win in the lower courts to stop this.

Going thru civil court is the best way to do this, Civil court requires only a  PREPONDERANCE of Evidence, not proof beyond a reasonable doubt. Plenty of time for prosecutions later.

Barr, as good as he is, would not be the guy on the ground looking.  He would get that from a US Attorney.  The witness testimony from hundreds given under oath will have to be investigated, sooner or later, unless the demented pedophile pulls off the heist before the job of elector(s) goes to the House.

DOJ would need years.  Dominion left town and has gone underground.  At this point we need the new Barrett Supreme Court to step in and invalidate the election.

I wish my memory was better, yesterday and today I heard two "brainiacs" talking about the fraud and why Detroit, Milwaukee, and Philadelphia were chosen to play around with the votes.  I just can't remember the names of the two guys.  Both were interviewed by Glenn Beck, I can't find the story, maybe someone else heard one of the two?
