Also I didnt know the DOJ had even opened any investigations since Barr told them to investigate any voter fraud a month ago.

Trump's lawyers said there no evidence of a Justice Department Investigation.  I haven't seen anything that resembles a DOJ inquiry.  We haven't had an honest Justice Department in decades.  If he truly said that, he's as good as gone.
