To be honest Ted Cruz would be one helluva President but I'll love for him to have a seat on the SCOTUS.

This is a much watch video.........Lion Ted Cruz crushes it.

This was really good.  He really makes Roberts look like the political activist he is.

That was an excellent speech by Cruz. He just explained how corrupt the Supreme court is. Well 5 justices anyway.

shhh

Cruz is the one who pushed Roberts forward.  I don't trust Ted Cruz.  His '16 campaign showed me who he really is.  He has moved right.  Time will tell if it's a sincere move or just Ted trying to redeem himself for the '24 Presidential run.

I don't trust Ted Cruz either, I've always considered him a wimp. I've also considered him in 2024 and I'm hoping there's a better choice.

Also I don't think the Court's decision had any bearing on Trump's right to stop the DACA program, I think it was more about process. The Trump Administration is looking at other ways to get it done, and I believe he will.

Please do explain how Ted Cruz "pushed Roberts forward". I don't really understand what that means.

Since I'm a little confused as to what you means. I'll take a stab at it anyway. George W. Bush appointed Chief Justice Robert in 2005 and Ted Cruz was elected to the U.S. senate in 2013. That's 12 years later. I have to be on the wrong path as to what you mean by "Cruz is the one who pushed Roberts forward".

That's an interesting take that Ted Cruz is a "wimp". I would like to know why you jumped to that conclusion.

IMO...Ted Cruz is a stand up guy....When Cruz is arguing law or anything else for that matter it's always in a gentleman's way. Never bringing attention to himself, always bring attention to his words he uses in his arguments. He not the hand waving, yelling type of guy...he brings attention to his point and that is why he is loved in law and that is exactly what he did with Justice Roberts....he crushed him with words in a very gentleman type of way.

Now what upset me about Ted Cruz is his move from conservative to republican on his voting record. I do believe that started when Mother Nature rained hell on his home state of Texas and he needed to get the funds to Texas. I could be wrong.

I didn't just jump to that conclusion, I've felt that he was a wimp based on his performance in the 2016 debates.
I'm not really all that impressed by what you call gentlemanly debate I'm more of a bare-knuckles guy. I think Cruz tried to project that image by growing a beard but in my opinion it failed miserably. I think Cruz is a good guy I would vote for him if there was nobody in the field that I thought was better. He just doesn't impress me as the type that would fight tooth and nail to make America first the way Trump does.

Cruz's speech was right on point about Robert's but he also should have included the 4 other liberal justices that don't go by the the Constitution when making decisions. They are just as corrupt as Roberts and it is corruption.

Man......you might never see another Trump style fighter in our lifetime again. Also remember...Trump ran as a Patriot not a republican or democrat. That's why so many people listened from both parties.

IMO...the reason the democrats have a bad case of TDS (see Castle_Bravo) and hate Trump so much is they had that fighter Trump on their side once. The democrats loved him and once he left their plantation the TDS kicked in strong. People like Castle_Bravo hate Trump supporters more than they hate Trump himself. Go back and look at Castle_Bravo post and you will see the hate he has for the Trump supporter. The reason is because the free thinkers of the democrat party are leaving the democrat plantation and he's left behind because he can't think for himself. Noticed he post mostly opinion pieces.

I believe Ted Cruz is a fighter but in words not in cursing, or elbows and arms swinging all over the place. Lion Ted Cruz is cool, calm, and very collective...kind of like me........

It's possible we will find out as I'm sure he has plans for 2024. And like I said I would have no trouble voting for Ted Cruz if I thought he was the best choice and he may very well be
