I'm not a Trump fan, but that was the most inept and fatuous hit piece I've seen in a while. For guilt by association to work, there has to be ... an actual association. Trump can't control who likes or dislikes him or his views. Who knows? maybe Trump and racists like lemon meringue pie, too!

And that pic taken and chosen to look like a Nazi salute was pretty cheesy, too. Almost as cheesy as the pics of G. W. Bush with a Hitler mustache.

This is the depth to which the MSM and Prog New Media are willing and eager to delve.

But he's a "government entrepreneur", one who derives and depends on project funding and tax subsidies for his business enterprises. This is poisonous, and as Solyndra demonstrated, potentially disastrous.

And as to making good noises, Schwarzenegger made lots of good noises and even appeared for a time to try to make them good. As a whole I'd say he's been CA's worst governor ever, though Jerry Brown is giving him competition. I'm reflexively leery of people making good noises but who have backgrounds inconsistent with those noises (Ahnold was straight out of Hollyweird, with little or no substance to show his noises genuine).

I think Maria Shriver had a lot to do with the Governators emasculation. Her family are pretty influential liberal socialists.
Meanwhile, yes, Trumps rhetoric feels good, and as long as you dont engage your cerebellum too much, you can ride a nice wave of antiestablishment euphoria. Nevermind that this guy has made a career of working the corrupt culture of government and business relations. Sure, he may have a different view than the hedge fund sharks on how to economically rule the nation, but theres no indication that his means dont lead to the same ends. The Donald isnt quite a laissez faire capitalist himself.
While economics is important, I dont trust Trump to help persecuted Christians around the world, stand up for Israel, seriously contend with Planned Parenthood, or even not to walk back his immigration stance in lieu of the compromises that will arise as he makes new deals with Mexico. Then there is China. I dont see Trump handling the deteriating situation there in a way that wont make things worse for us in the end.

Most people dont realize what happens to new presidents around ten days after the inaugeration. There is a briefing where the newly elected president is brought up to speed on all the gory detail of the USs condition. They find out things that most DC insiders whether press or politician never know about. Why do you think Obama virtually fled his own office? Besides being an empty suited ideologue of course. Half of Barrys tenure has been a vacation because he had no mechanism for coping with the uniquely mentally and spiritually challenging position the US presidency is.
Of course I have more faith in DTs coping skills, but he is going to find himself in a place where his life experience counts for almost nothing. To be fair, every new president no matter their background must face this daunting aspect of their office, but I can only envision Trump treading water for most of his first term trying to gain a bearing, mainly because the biggest characteristic that pulls new presidents through the challenge, or not, is whether they either wanted the job to serve their country, or just wanted to rule the world for a few years. While I believe Donald is patriotic in his own way, I dont think any sense of duty he may possess "Trumps" his self-absorption.

Careful about praising anything about Trump. They might "out" you as the guy who defied the herd and actually voted for him!

I think Trump knows how to play both sides of the isle. I just don't think that he is honest.  He simply cannot deliver what he say's either. "He can't make them go" Certainly not on the first day like he said. 

He could stop catering to them and drive them out on their own accord.  Stop issuing tax id's to illegal.  Create laws to stop lending institutions from giving loans.  Stop the lie that a baby just because an illegal has put their foot on American soil is then American.  They could deport immediately upon being caught.  No need to wait for a judge.  NO FREE RIDE for breaking the law.
