Strange, I looked through the 2nd Article of the U.S. Constitution and nothing about fingerprints were mentioned. Can you show me the fingerprints of Bush Jr. or Bill Clinton or Bush Sr. or Ronny Reagan? Is this even precedent? Or are you just complaining about Obama?

No one even knew anything about the science of fingerprinting in the 1700's phil. The bertillion system (which was never accurate) didn't even come along until the late 1800's.

But to answer your question which answers my question with a a question yes indeed the Bush's, Sr and Jr , Ronald Reagan (and Carter and Nixon as well) were indeed fingerprinted and all subject to background investigations during their military service and related volunteer service during WW2.

That leaves Clinton and your boy...now I beleive Clinton MAY have been fringerprinted as such was a requirement for a obtaining a passport in the late 60's early 70's when he traveled, that would include Obamao for he had a passport too. The question is did he have an Indonesian passport and under what name? I guarentee you he was fingerprinted in Indonesia if he had an Indonesian passport.

But since those passport documents are under lock and key in his lawyers office we may never know.

But again you demonstrate your ignorance, fingerprinting is just a means of POSITIVE IDENTIFICATION and only part of a background check....
