No one even knew anything about the science of fingerprinting in the 1700's phil. The bertillion system (which was never accurate) didn't even come along until the late 1800's.
But to answer your question which answers my question with a a question yes indeed the Bush's, Sr and Jr , Ronald Reagan (and Carter and Nixon as well) were indeed fingerprinted and all subject to
background investigations during their military service and related volunteer service during WW2.
That leaves Clinton and your boy...now I beleive Clinton MAY have been fringerprinted as such was a requirement for a obtaining a passport in the late 60's early 70's when he traveled, that would include Obamao for he had a passport too. The question is did he have an Indonesian passport and under what name? I guarentee you he was fingerprinted in Indonesia if he had an Indonesian passport.
But since those passport documents are under lock and key in his lawyers office we may never know.
But again you demonstrate your ignorance, fingerprinting is just a means of POSITIVE IDENTIFICATION and only part of a background check....

So, basically, there is no requirement for fingerprinting and the only reason some of those people were was because of the military. That kinda makes this a dead issue [No requirement/No real precedent]. Surely we can do better than being outraged over not having Obama's fingerprints?

What a surprise since if you recall when the controversary first arose he conveniently had a need to visit his sick grandma...and presto Hawaii confirms he was born there. So why did they need to release a second one which experts are convinced was tampered with...and naturally skip over and label irrelevant his own publicist saying he was norn in Kenya. Oh, you mean the grandmother that died just a mere half year later? Swell of you to try to exploit his grandmother's death for political talking points though. Seems you have a bit of disconnect as to why grandma was mentioned, Corky. And now FOX news is credible when it fits one's needs otherwise demonize it at every turn.
Hey Corky where did I link to WND or a video? Hallucinate much? But I do understand. Your opinion is superior to anyone's else's. Even if you discount 99% of what has been said, it still leaves 1% unexplained.

Too many unanswered questions the media can't be bothered with and don't think there are good liberal journalists that would love to investigate, but those in power pull the shots.

The media quit reporting on it after Obama released his long-form birth certificate and put the entire issue to rest for everyone but the fringe. Just because it didn't satisfy the curiosity of the people who despise him anyways doesn't mean the issue isn't settled.
And yes, I do have questions. Why do people concentrate on garbage like this instead of legitimate policy questions? It reminds me of the people who thought George W. Bush was behind 9/11. How about some sensible discussion on stuff that actually matters instead of sensationalist jargon?

The facts supersede everything else. In this case, the fact is, Hawaii has certified Obama as a citizen. Another fact is, Obama will be President of the United States of America until January of 2017. If you wish to dispute that, like I said, there are plenty of federal courts to file a lawsuit in.
Experts proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that it was forged, yet the media completely ignored the evidence.
Don't tell me that satisfied the curiosity of the people, it didn't, but then, were not running the media.
I guess you are one of the gullible ones.

Do you ASSume much? This is a message board used to discuss many things. It's hardly a catalyst or a forum for setting the stage or planning strategy for 2016.

I've worked for numerous campaigns. I can confirm a side that spouts nonsense about birth certificates tends to turn off voters, especially moderates. It also explains why Romney stayed far away from it, outside of a birth certificate joke.
BTW, don't plan for any elections in 2106. I doubt many of us are making it that far.

"Fox News expert denies he claimed birth certificate legit
Angry at network for refusing to retract its story on Obama document""The computer graphics expert Fox News relied upon to claim the birth certificate the White House released April 27 was legitimate insists that the network must retract the story,
claiming it deliberately misquoted him and continues to ignore his repeated requests.Jean Claude Tremblay told WND that that none of his comments would permit the conclusion that the Obama birth certificate is an authentic document."I no longer trust Fox News," he said, expressing anger verging on disdain for the way he feels the network treated him. "Despite my protests, Fox News will not allow me to correct their story."
The controversy traces to a Web story by Fox News reporter Jana Winter two days after the White House released the birth certificate, titled "Expert: No Doubt Obama's Birth Certificate is Legit."Noting that Obama doubters were claiming the birth certificate was a fake, Winter wrote, "But a leading software expert says there's no doubt about its authenticity, and he dismisses claims of fraud as flat-out wrong."
"I never said that," Tremblay insists. "Winter called me and talked to me for about five minutes on the telephone, and she never said she was going to quote me. Then she misrepresented what I said."
In a long post on his professional website ProficioGrafic.com in Montreal, Canada,
He asserted that the way Winter interpreted his comments about the use of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software in the PDF (Portable Document Format) file of the Obama birth certificate released by the White House "were also not 100 percent accurate."
In his written comments, Tremblay expressed his consternation."First, I never thought that what I saw in the Birth Certificate PDF was a proof of its authenticity," he wrote. "For me, what I have seen does not prove that it is legit, nor that it is a fake, nor that there has been any tampering whatsoever," he wrote. "The title of the blog does not represent my conclusion. It would be unprofessional and simplistic within my area of competence to come to a conclusion one way or the other."
Despite making repeated requests to Fox News to post a correction, including several comments to Winter on Twitter, Fox News has continued to leave its original story posted without any corrections or qualifications.
Winter did not respond to a WND call asking for comment.
"As far as I am concerned, Fox News is not trustworthy," Tremblay said. "I would not watch Fox News or read the Fox News [website] because they have never replied to me or allowed me to post my corrections to their report of my comments and views.""Read more:

Point is, your debating style is dishonest, discounting evidence out of hand and claiming no source is credible, then sourcing a site you claim biased to prove your claim, is nothing short of schizophrenic.
Quite honestly, I don't see a future for you here, not that I would ban you, it's just that you're well under your class when it comes to intellect, not an insult, merely an observation, but in your defense, you're young and have much to learn.

Actually, you are the guys that started out attacking a website, in this case, FOX News. So, attacking me for that is rather silly [and hypocritical]. As I already pointed out, using profanity and direct insults is just an argumental tool everyone uses when they are losing.

First, no attacked Fox, merely pointed out they are a business out to sell products, and because they need sponsors, they towed the line and fell in step and let Husein off the hook.
That's reality.
Secondly, if you're serious about expanding your horizons, read up on Fabian Socialism, a society dedicated to the Marxist ideals, without the bloodshed.
Then get back to me on how Husein isn't a Marxist. Seriously, read all about their movement, deeply embedded in the Labour party, compare the contrasts to today's Dim party, if you can find any, you might just be surprised to find out we have not been making this stuff up, at all.
