A shooting at a Texas elementary school killed 14 children and one teacher Tuesday, Gov. Greg Abbott said.

Abbott identified the suspect as Salvador Ramas, a Uvalde resident, who is also dead.

The Texas Department of Public Safety and Uvalde Mayor Don McLaughlin told Fox News that the shooter – who ran to Robb Elementary School – had become barricaded inside. Uvalde Memorial Hospital confirmed that two people were brought to the hospital deceased.

Fifteen children were taken to the facility via ambulance or bus for treatment, a hospital spokesman told Fox News.

"There is an active shooter at Robb Elementary. Law enforcement is on site," the school posted on Facebook shortly after shots rang out. "Your cooperation is needed at this time by not visiting the campus."

No information on the suspected shooter or the victim was released. The school is located 80 miles west of San Antonio.

You are on to the start of it, or another way to put it, the left has set up policies which DO NOTHING to stop this. First off, they ignore all the shootings which kill innocent bystanders in democrat run hell holes. These hellholes have the strictest gun laws out there, they do not stop the killings. Gun laws do not work and that is why these killings are ignored.
They teach that every perversion out there is normal behavior, and that behaviors as God intended should be outlawed. 
They send billions to other countries for their protection but do not protect our schools. They totally trash out the 2nd amendment and the God given right to protect ones self and others.
But perhaps most important, these senseless killings teach us to look to them for answers, that we, on our own, are powerless to stop them. Until the population tells the government to shove it, the killings will continue. There are no "Gun free zones" to a killer, only to the general population. Why have the left set up these killing zones?

From the first 911 call, kids were bleeding out. I'd bet it was at a minimum of 25 minutes before the police were ready to enter the school.
Had a cop, or better yet, armed teachers been present, the casualties would have been much less.

Injured Off-Duty Border Patrol Agent Shot and Killed Mass Murderer Salvador Ramos


According to multiple reports, the border agent ran into the school while the shooter was still active. The brave agent began exchanging rounds with the shooter, who was barricaded inside a fourth-grade classroom, New York Post reported.

Law enforcement confirmed that the agent was injured during the exchange of gunfire, but he managed to "eliminate the threat."

Have it so they are locked on the outside, but have a push bar on the inside. Alarm them so they can't be open without authorization. Put cameras in the hallways towards the doors. Or, just put chains on them like "Lean On Me".
