Nor are a lot of other jobs. I watched a local firemans contest on my local cable channel when I lived in Los Gatos once. There were several events based on actual duties firemen need to perform during the course of their duties as firemen. One event timed contestants as they shoulded a bulky and heavy coil of firehose as they ascended several flights of starsteps to the top of a tower. None of the women contestants could make it to the top to complete the event. I suppose in the real world the building would simply be lost but the women could feel safe in a position they simply were not qualified for. Another event timed contestants as they shouldered a body representing a victim and completed a run to the end of the track. Again none of the women contestants were able to complete the task must less win it. I suppose it's OK for people to die just so long as women can hold jobs that they simply are not qualified to hold and have no damn business being in.
You don't find men trying to have babies simply because they aren't equipped for the task and most are smart enough not to even try no matter how much of a pussy they may be.

I was an FPT for USFS at the time the govt instituted lighter nose so women could pull them, and no, they still couldn't pull them.
But when all was said and done, hoses that used to last 20 years, now needed replaced after only 3 years of use. Such a waste of taxpayer dollars just to make women "Feel" better.
