As I understand it, Israel mostly eliminated Iran air defense. Iran has enough missiles to cause great harm to Israel. Trump shot off his mouth enough to cause the Iranians to not trust him. Israel is not set up to handle long conflicts and many citizens have more than one passport.

IMO Iran still has lots of missiles and can still inflict harm on Iran. Time will tell.  The inaccurate missiles can serve as decoys and draw AA fire. The more accurate ones can hit ground targets. Israelis are not used to this. Many will opt for the "Samsonite option" (h/t Garland Nixon) and leave.

Yeah, but regardless, Iran lost; they are completely exposed. They have one option. Return to the bargaining table, or take further damage from the air. They lost the ability to see the sky; Israel blinded them.
As to sleeper cells, that has always been a problem, and I'm sure they are here.

This CLU was moved away to a remote command center, likely in Israel, so that operators can launch and steer those missiles from afar.
