Clearly we need to arm these Al'Qaeda guys, anyone know anything about them?

They have been killing each other for years.

Remember Al'Qaeda was responsible for 9/11. I could care less if these two groups are trying to knock each other off and we do not need to get involved.

It's like the old mobs.  They murdered each other while they all were being hunted down by the FBI and police.

I've quoted Sun Tsu in "The Art of War," recently. Specifically, his belief that the general does not attack the enemy, but, rather, the wise general attacks the enemy's strategy. Sage advice. Sadly, America's Department of Defense is not staffed with war-winning generals as much as with career desk jockeys, most of whom would have no idea of what to do in a strategic confrontation. They do know, however, where the "mass attack" button is located.
That aside, here is an approach that observers might find interesting. Sadly, again, it seems to be only the observers who have their brains in gear.
