Anyone familiar with ATL knows well ATL nightclub shootings have been a weekly event in ATL for years.
Rumor has it she may be in line for a place in the Biden Administration. I guess asinine statements like this are a resume' enhancement with democrats.
The only people that need to be blamed is the thug who shoots up a nightclub.
