Tax cuts DO spur (I guess you meant spur, not spurn) the economy when the marginal tax rate is on the RIGHT side of the Laffer curve, which is where it was when JFK was in office. But it ain't been there since Reagan.

I think the difference here is obvious, this was not public info when he was in office and now he's dead and Cain was running and still alive.
