Sold the condo in Los Angeles, Nov 2021,for 480K. This was 20K more that asking.

It was relisted Feb for 550K.

Just looked, it is off the market, last listing 422K.

I would guess the housing market in LA is over.

I'm fine with that though, I used  a brokerage service which I would highly recommend called Sundae.

They staged a one day event where a group of investors bid in a single day. I had 33 offers ranging from $160.00 to $200. and up, most within $2K of each other.

It was fair, because the guy who lived in it for the past several years made a complete mess of the place, from dry rot, to killing fruit trees and letting the lawn die.
It's going to take more than a hundred grand just to fix all the issues.

Signed all the paper work today, escrow closes virtually immediately.
The beauty of using this broker is, they pay all costs, including closing costs.
Wish I had done this years ago!
