Yeah, and I've been looking at two beautiful 25 year old girls, but ST might have something to say about that. :))

Nice machine, but at some point, it takes the feel away from the actual experience.
That thing is a nice piece of work, and if I was going to be in the back country for a few weeks it would be a body saver.
But a machine like that won't even fit on the trails I ride, thats a monster.

My neighbor has a Polaris, probably the best machine on the mkt when it comes to quality.
I have a Kawasaki 360 and love it, never got in a jam I couldn't get out of, course the winch make all the difference.
Even towed a friend out of a ravine while sitting on his POS Honda, nearly 50% grade, never needed a winch.

But it was the winch that saved my life a few years back when I had to pull a boulder off my leg.
Did I mention a winch is a good idea, front and rear? :))

I can see where S T is coming from  :))   :))

I am not into back country now at my age lol  I am on 380 acres of land.  With around 8000 acres of farm land with dirt road that I can ride on with out going on a main road.   LOL  a winch is a must.  Us older people are always looking for a  body saver when you get pasted 70 and and up like me.   :))

Then I can see where this might be the ticket for you.
Power steering is nice and the soft ride is definitely a plus instead of getting beaten around.

My property would be inaccessible for a quad that size, unfortunately I need a much smaller foot print and sit lower due to angle and degree of steepness.
One of these days I'll rent a dozer and blaze a damn road to the creek and get a Cadillac like the 850. :))

That one of the things I like about living in this area.  lol   If I needed a road one or two of the farmers would come over and do it for fun.   What one farmer don't have two or three do.  So there alway doing something like that.

I have neighbors with dozers, but what I need requires thousands of cubic feet of earth moved and since it goes down to the creek, it requires a permit, so no one wants to touch it.
The EPA in Ca is worse than the Nazi party, so I'll have to do it on my own in secret.

Whats sad, is they now use a computer program that actually scans satellite pics and notices any disturbed earth.
I'm ready to bail on this commie state.

There is a guy that lives lower down than I and he has a bunch of oak trees, they came out and accused him of clearing 20 acres of land.
He looked at them and asked if stupidity was a requirement for the job?

The pic was taken in the Fall, when all you see is dirt, he showed them the trees and then kicked them off his land and threatened them with a lawsuit if they came back.

Totally cool!
We have plenty on the ridge, you could pack it up and we could do coffee in the snow at 6000'. 8-)

I'd love to have a second quad, one like you just bought so I could do the long back country rides.
Mine is fine, but you can't really carry much with two people on it.

Oh, did I say two people? Thats illegal here in Ca, I'd never ever consider breaking lib laws designed to protect us sheep to stupid to think for ourselves. ::)

My Cargo box in back has a dump system in back when you put the tailgate down. Or it converts into a passenger seat with hand grips for the passenger.  My guess it would be illegal in Ca.

I wonder if they even sell that option in Ca?

I say Ca would outlaw quad altogether before that will ever happen.   You need to think about Montana after S T retires.

Assuming there is still a mkt for homes in an over taxed State like Ca.
It just might be impossible to sell once this State starts taxing air and farts.
