There is sooo much truth in that. ;D ;D
We have had the coolest Summer in 50 years of records.
We only had two days this Summer where we didn't cool down till 10:00 pm where we needed to run the whole house fan, otherwise were in the low 50s by 7:00 pm every night.
I remember years where it was unbearable through all of July or August.
This has been the best Summer I can remember. :)
Oh and the humidity has been between 13 and 19% for most of it.

As you know we are right on the Columbia River, so we are running around 32% humidity. This is the only month we can call summer for us. It was a wet and cold Spring for us this year. Our summer did not start until 2 weeks ago. Before that most of the time it was in the 80+º now we are in 95º - 105º "We are now in a period of ENSO-Neutral conditions. Neither La Nina or El Nino conditions are contributing factors" so the say. But my old bones tell me we are in La Nina yet at night. lol
