San Francisco Resturants Want To Make 25% Standard Tip Rate

It's a question many of us ask when we go out to a resturant. How much should I tip? Whether your service is good or bad, San Francisco wants to implent a 25% standard tip on to your bill for you. Is this fair? Many resturant workers say yes, it's about time. People who go out to eat a lot, aren't as happy with the idea.

Heres an idea, just raise your damn prices and give the profits to the help!

I usually tip 20 to 30 % if there good to very good. I have been know to leave 2¢ about 10 times in my life. But alway 15% for average service. What I have is a problem with someone tell me what I must tip. (well unless it is my wife telling me.) lol

I tip 20%, unless its bad service, then they get 10% plus four pennies.
