At least the little beagle didn't wake the neighborhood up at 5 today. I swear one of these morning, he's gonna mix with a skunk,lol. Yesterday it was like a single hound fox hunt ,lol.
Next week I am getting Comcast installed. Had to go get a wireless router so I got a Linksys E1000. Whatever that is,lol. But I think it will work for when my brother is here and for when I want to use the laptop on the couch.
Got a new plant, it's called a night blooming cereus. It's supposed to a night bloomer is rather difficult to predict. They only bloom once or twice if you are lucky. Always in the night and easily missed,lol. It closes on day break. This should be interesting.
Meanwhile something is afoot on the block. Police have been around hot and heavy since right at 6 am. I don't have a clue but it sure has my MIL in alarm.... wait n see... Could be interesting day,lol.
Oh well, off to make a tiny fire in the wood burner,,, just enough to get the chill off.

Hope they didn't come knocking on your door.
I love the wireless - I use a laptop and can pretty much take it anywhere in the house and even out on the deck. :)

nope they did not,lol. I have a little notebook Himself got me for Christmas last year. I love it, it's pretty cool. Use the notebook for fun stuff and the desk top for work... Didnt think I would care to much for wireless, how wrong I was,lol. It also helps my brother out for when he's here, and my SIL can use it so she can do her work when she comes in from out of state. It was a good decision. Now with Comcast coming in, I will be able to take this little thing to the races or the cabin and be totally connected all the time. A good thing when at the frozen cabin this winter...
