Today we have 81 deg weather and sunny. I love how March comes in like a Lion and out like a Lamb. :))
In Trukee/Donner lake, they have an accumulation of 65' of snow, nearly a record since 1849, there are three story homes up there with only the roof showing.
Just a few miles from my house, the road to Tahoe has 12' of snow, they just quit plowing at that point, because it has drifts 70' deep.
If I hear one more story about the Ca drought, I'll scream. :o

We also have G/Warming ;D in the sun it's 100º but it's only 65º in the shade. :) Around a 4 mh wind off and on. Fertilized the grass on Sat. with 400 lbs. The leaves are coming out on the tree front and back. We had 2 days of wind blowing at 25 to 35mph for the last two days, so it is nice out there today. ;D ;D ;D Flowers coming up. The back deck get's the sun from 0700 until about 1600 hrs. BBQ for dinner tonight. 8) I see spring all around. ;D

Same here, but we both know Winter never leaves quietly, I expect another good freeze.
No, I hope we have another freeze, I see a ton of wasp flying around looking for a place to start a nest, a good freeze will knock them back but good\.
Last year I must have wiped out at least 75 nests, if not more, they were relentless, I'd poison them, burn the nest and a week later they'd be back in the same place cranking out more brood.
Now I hear were about to have another stink bug infestation, those things cover the outside of the house and drip their pheromone all over the walls and windows, can't even hang your clothes out to dry, they make them stink so bad, you have to rewash them.
Yesterday, 78 and sunny, with about 13% humidity.

well wait til the next warm up to be sure. We thought our wasp problem was done to,,,until it warmed up and they came out of the cabin like crazy... Unreal,,, now we have to seal up the bottom of the cabin where they got into it.... those and those awful asian beetles. I seriously dislike those things....

We don't have just one place, they come out of the forest, where I hope many of them froze last night. 8)
Foe us, its a different bug every year, I am always amazed at what comes out in abundance, but equally amazed at what doesn't.
Last year we had wasp everywhere, but no mosquitos or flies.
This year we will probably be sucked dry, while the flies feast on whats left of our carcases. :o ;D

OOooooo I thought you had em way up high. We pretty much get the same pestulance. There's no other word for it... I asked Himself if we could possibly put up a bat house at the cabin this year. he kinda looked at me sideways..... I think it would be a great idea. Bats are cool! they do good work.

yeah they're all over the place, the eves, under boxes, in trees, you name it, the damned things will nest anywhere. :o
