Behind me is a apple orchard about 2 miles by 4 miles in size.  The apples are on big time, about time to pick.  They have about 7 varieties, I will be in apples for the next 3 months.   

Beside me there are 4 square mile of grapes of all varieties also.   Some table grapes but most are wine grapes.   

It is a hard live under these conditions but someone has to do it.   

I predict their will be some apple pie in your future.   

We live in what is know around the world as Apple hill country.
Thousands of acres of apple, grape, pumpkin etc, all coming to harvest around the same time.
I actually despise this time of year, the roads are packed with tourists that can't drive, let alone speak the language.
It will be this way until November.
