But I digress......I do not and will not ever have a Facebook Account. Is there a way I can get a printed copy or a downloaded version w/o a facebook account?

Uh-huh- When you click the link that says, "I don't have a Facebook account", it prompts you to register for Scribd (not FB). Scribd seems like a pretty good site.

BTW- You can always sign up for a FB account using a throw-away email addy and a pseudonym (something like "Army saves Marines again"  ) .

I do have to say that I have a nephew who is going through RangerSchool as we speak at Benning as an 'ocifer'. We be dang proud of that boy..........

I had to jump his arse cause this family has produced Marines however we(I) had a great uncle that was a 2 star in the Army.

Psssst, We are still proud of him though.....even if he went Army.

I had a team member who went to Ranger school many years ago. I knew how hungry he was going to be in the patrolling phase, so I sent him a slice of pizza. I also knew that he would really get in trouble for it if the RI's saw it, so I ate it for him, leaving a small bite of crust.

It was wrapped real nice in brown paper, the exact size and shape of a single slice pizza box with that piece of pizza crust tumbling around inside.
Yeah, he got it when he was in mountain phase. The RI's were on him like flies on a pile of feces and made him open it in front of his class. The RI's saw the now dried piece of pizza crust, and my scribbled letter explaining the reason for sending it, and why I ate it for him, and laughed their rear ends off.

Since we were both SF, the RI's made him sing the Ballad of the Queen Beret in front of his class.   

You should sit your nephew down, and tell him to go to SFAS and the Q-course. Hands down, it's the best training he could get.

He has been through OCS, then infantry, then Ranger currently and he plans on Airborne. And to think he didn't go into the Marines cause they were too crazy.....I mean...look at what the kid is doing now. He went to VMI and the classmates that went into the Marines at graduation scared the heck out of him. Not to mention his uncle.
He went to work for Cheney's old company in Tx for a couple of years and got bored. Applied and had to wait to enter OCS.
He has done damn good so far. As long as he doesn't break a bone or something he'll do just fine.
You will have to explain what the acronyms mean. I will pass on the info. He met with me and a Marine General (ret) friend of mine to gain some insight so anything you can give me will do him just fine.

BTW, when he graduated OCS they were singing the Army hymn while I was singing the Marine Corps Hymn......I did get some looks. LOL! Gave a big Orah as I was the first one to salute him and shake his hand him leaving the stage.

While he was there at OCS I sent him a very graphic pic and asked......is this something you miss yet! I was hoping he would get caught with it.

That 2 star uncle of mine sent me an official statehouse stationary while he was serving as Adj Gen in WV when I was in boot camp..........damn I paid a price. 10 BMF for every letter on the outside of the envelope and government addresses are long......they thought I had written my congressman complaining.......the first line in the letter was this......"Dear XYZ, By now your are in a pretty good sweat" The SOB knew what was going to happen. LOL!

You know of any way I could cause him a little snafu w/o him getting in real trouble. They are all worried about head count reduction so I don't want to cause him serious trouble.

It has not happened.  If anything happens, it is because you respond and engage it.  If it happens, shoot us the evidence, or we'll end up seeing it anyway.

I do think he informed us about sending PM's to solar about his concerns of me without engaging me in a discussion.....I will ask....is that normal practice? I don't think so.

Time will tell........ sho' enuff.

You aren't defending yourself.  This isn't physical.  It's cyber space.  You make this hard because you are a great poster, but this drama is just crazy.

I was speaking metaphorically..........I know....I have been puttin' up with this for too long. They spend days and months trying to find out where I am....it is crazy.

I left a BIG GIANT footprint when I was there.......I think it was the vacuum I created.....like the tail of a comet....space dust gets caught up following me.
