Click the Windows "Start" button and select "Control Panel."
Double-click the "Add/Remove Programs" icon. This opens a window that lists several installed programs on your computer.
Scroll down the list to "Terminal Services Web Client" and click the "Change/Remove" button.
Click "OK" at the warning window, and your system will uninstall the software. You don't need to reboot your computer for changes to take effect.

thankyou and when this is done I can tell her that there is no need to change passwords and this will remove the person creating havoic...yes?

it is not my comptuer,,,,it is in the family and it is believed I can do----dont ask me where that comes from,,,but whew I gotta try n help....some stuff I know how to,,but this,,,holy cow... nope ain't gotta clue,lol. so I ask...... I will shoot this to her... I am thinkin I have to learn how to remove remote access and the program called People Near Me...They run that whoa not me nu-uh no way.... I dont know if they are running anti spyware... I do believe that the a$$hole is runnin it to not pay for his own......

Think of chat programs as an open wound, it is an invite to the heart of your computer.
Some are better than others, but the only one I would use is the one on Facebook.
This is just my personal opinion, mind you.
