My brother is sitting up at the hospital with his wife. While she was in surgery yesterday, the phone to the hospital room, ext. 513 rang. Someone started talking about expired insurance (my brother is 80 and hard of hearing). He thought it was someone from admissions. Then he finally understood... it was a call advising that his car warranty was about to expire! They're calling hospital rooms now??? :cursing:

I wish there was a way to make spam callers subject to capital punishment. On the third call they get the jab.

Those people are a major pain in the ass. I can't count the number of calls that I have blocked on my phone from these people. So much for the government 'do not call program'! :cursing:
Got a new IPhone for work today, and looked at the blocked list... page after page after page.
"Hello Mr. scammer, what's your scam today?" <click> ...and block that number.

Anybody who deals in the spam/scam/identity theft industry should get the death penalty first offense.
And, yes: I would deliver a guided rocket to the call centers in India.
