Something happened with my computer where I can only open one window. There has to be a quick fix, I don't wanna send it off to the repair shop.
I'm using Google Chrome.
Have you rebooted lately?
Why do you assume it's a hardware issue?
Also, before you do anything drastic, undo the last change you made, or roll back to a better time when it worked correctly.
We all just had a Windows update, they may have screwed things up, it happened to me 6 months back.

I rebooted and it took care of the computer issue. My son was over and was playing with my computer while everyone was playing with the grandkids. I finally got him to admit he went into incognito mode.
