They are not overtly racist but are more subtle about it. But they do import a lot of cheap labor from other Asian Nations, like Philippines and Malaysia, mostly in manufacturing and construction. They are VERY strict on their work and residency visa's. Overall Xiden is wrong, economically they are stumbling because the world economy sucks and the US market sucks.
