To be honest, he does not give speeches. He reads. Badly. He does not take questions that involve original thought. He now has handlers to block the publics view that he can not walk normal. He has been a disaster for the American public on every decision he has made. He has been on vacation 40% of his time in office, my guess to recover from all the drugs being pumped into him just to get him to this stage.
And where are the republicans? They are still supporting this lunatic's agenda. No budget, no control, giving money away by the BILLIONS, no fence,,,,,,,,,,,, The best we see from them is when they puff up like toads every time the camera is on them and loudly proclaim they WILL get to the bottom of this. But I see Hunter is still walking free, and the Jan.6th Americans are still in jail.

They do just that, take over traffic control duties to free up POLICE OFFICERS for security. They also set up Medical tents for first aide and a Mess tent to serve all Emergency Service personnel during the long days. They are unarmed and have NO enforcement authority.
