The outcry might lead many to believe that Trump's first 100 days, now in progress, have already been an unprecedented disaster.
But, in fact, by historical standards, they've been a striking success, especially for his supporters. He's made a solid choice for the Supreme Court in Neil Gorsuch, has moved swiftly to restore the rule of law and regain control of the immigration system — all while trying to install his Cabinet and get on with the business of governing. Compared to some past presidents, he's had a smooth run.
Just take Thomas Jefferson: During his first term, his vice president, Aaron Burr, shot and killed Alexander Hamilton and hatched a plot against the US.
Or Abraham Lincoln. Honest Abe lost his first secretary of war, Simon Cameron, during the first year of his presidency when Cameron resigned amidst corruption charges.

I find this fascinating, in that the media is creating an illusion. Libs have all but completely checked out, and if the media actually reflected on the reality of the issue, there wouldn't be any issue at all.
Al these so called protests are pure astroturf supported by Soros money and other Marxists.
Fact is, there is no real opposition to trump, it's all made up.

I don't think even libs have all that much problem with Trump yet, because he hasn't done anything to upset them so far, only the media is having shit fits over his orders, his appointments, his breathing and even his very existence.
I see all this as essentially "Fake News" and feigned anger on the part of the LSM.

What is encouraging to me and disheartening to the MSM is that folks are listening to Trump about "fake news". Trump has only been POTUS for a month and he has already gotten control over the MSM. This will not keep them from attacking him and he will continue to relish the opportunity to take the MSM on.

Yep, and what gives all these 'Fake News' claims credibility, is for the last decade we have been pounding the fact home, the media has an extreme leftist slant.
Libs finally conceded the point when other libs in the media admitted as much.
Now with trump calling out the media, the libs just step back and refuse to defend the left for fear of getting their asses kicked one more time.
I think they're learning to pick their battles, which is why you no longer hear from them, there isn't a single battle worth sticking up for. :biggrin:
