Hell, Kamala just picked her Veep and no one cares, not like we did waiting on Trump, and we were delighted he picked one of us, and didn't get saddled with a RINO, as is usually the case.

Oh, and for me? I have Zero angst, more impatience than anything, waiting for this decades long attack by the left to finally come to a close, GLOBALLY!!!

My angst is more centered around the wife's health.

My angst lessened with the selection of Tim Walz for VP by Harris. Think about it. The democrats have just picked a ticket like they did in 1972. A far left ticket. That same formula in 1972 brought them a landslide loss.

:thumbup: As far as the election goes, I have no worries. The left will try to cheat, but having been exposed I can not see them getting away with it anymore. To pull it off would require precise planning, and this is the left we are talking about, hell they can not even pick a V.P. .............or a presidential candidate. :lol:
As for personal, life is good. I was worried about boredom after retiring, no worries there. Got more work than I can get done but nothing that has to be done by a deadline. I have the time to do what I want to do, that is probably my biggest blessing. Physically, I am working harder than I have in a long time, but no good comes from sitting on my butt. Kids are grown and doing good. Grandkids are growing fast, too fast. My youngest moved to Memphis, I guess that is my biggest worry but they are doing fine. Our 2 year old Kelpie/border collie is turning into a real good dog, she listens and minds better than I ever did. Grandkids love her and spoil her
