All that is mentioned is that some are being released without a court date, which I don't agree with.

What Republicans failed to realize is that there were and are  quasi-Republicans (aka RINOs), who were against President Trump, against America and against the American people. I truly believe that these RINOs are actually Democrats who have infiltrated the Republican party in hopes of making the Republican party as morally defunct as the Democrats are.

Had most Republicans stuck to their party and not listened to the liberal media, President Trump would still be in the WH, the fraud would not have taken place and he would have discovered the Wuhan virus fraud and put a stop to it. Instead we have a complete mess that is exacerbated by the geezer puppet and his cohort in the WH.

I don't think the y failed. The RINO have been working diligently against the Conservative base. They've been working to steal the GOP ever since they killed off the Goldwater group.

Just follow them up from when they forced Bush on Reagan, that was literally the beginning of the end of what we once saw as the party that believed in America.
