Excerpt

Americans expect their constitutional rights, privacy and property will be protected by their government—after all that is the reason we have government in the first place.  So, Congress must decide now when drones can and cannot be used in order to ensure constitutional safeguards. This decision cannot be left up to government agencies, special interest groups, or others. And it's a decision that can't wait.

Technology may change with time, but the Constitution does not.

Ted Poe is currently my Rep. Not for much longer as it will either be Randy Weber or more likely Nick Carpetbagger Lampson.

Any Congress that can give us an unconstitutional Patriot Act can and will spy on us at will.

Before the Patriot Act, a warrant was required to be signed by a judge.

As I remember there are John Doe Warrant and Probcause Warrant.   All the have to do is convince a judge to sign it.   Just look at the number of 9th circuit court decisions that have been over turned.  (Judge for sale)

It still required a judge. Mo longer under the Patriot Act; the agent can sign his own warrant showing no one any probable cause.
