Not quite. You're confusing voters for constituents. Unless we start having reps elected by margins of 100% to 0% there will always be people who didn't vote for their rep. But once he's elected, even the people who didn't vote for him become his constituents. See the difference?

Possibly not. Although there are things in even a post as brief as yours to question. How does it hurt our society, specifically? How is funding abortion clinics (or anything else you don't like) "stealing" your money? Corollary question: If someone is against funding state-sponsored aggression and war, is taking their tax money for those purposes also "stealing?" Whay "cycle" is being continued?

There is no difference, we are a Democratic Republic, whether they voted for them or not, they still represent the wishes of the people.
And since the majority voted for them, they will do as the majority demands.

It hurts our society because it did not educate the parents, and the odds are they will do this again.  If they keep their child and fight through being responsible parents, then that is better than dumping the kid like a used air filter.

When someone puts a gun to my head and forces me to hand over my money, then takes that money and funds a clinic devoted to enabling the irresponsibility of others and continue a continuous cycle of destroying unwanted children, then that is how my stolen money is making society worse.

Regarding the military, I am very happy to give my money, as I want us to have the largest, biggest, baddest, and most technologically sophisticated and advanced military in the solar system.
