What is it that people don't under stand about following the law(s).  Enforce the laws we have!  What so damn hard about that!!  This has been going on for over 50 years that I know, it will not all change with one NEW law in 24hrs.

Of course I followed and read both links, apprehension of criminal trespassers and shooting them dead (with immunity), aka Berlin, Germany, is not quite the same.  We don't need to fill up the jails & tie up the courts, when bullets can quickly change the attitudes of those thinking of invading America.   Every time I read a story about a border state property owner being swarmed by illegals, and then prosecuted for trying to defend his private property, I wonder where the next lawsuit is going to come from!

Precedent is not law, so what the Marxist is doing is not necessarily law and won't hold up in court in the event he has sends Lynch in.
If an illegal breaks State law, he deals with State law consequences. When the Marxist interferes and interjects Federal law, he better been on the side of the law, or his actions could jeopardize the case and cause the incident to be thrown out of court.

Amen.   Try to imagine a dozen of us, across the political spectrum, 1975 or so, discussing politics at the dinner table, in the living room, etc.  Nearly froze to death & almost lost the farm, thanks to Jimmy Carter.... he sounded so "reasonable" at the time, Mom kept turning down the thermostat to the wood furnace to save energy.  I think the "key" component to Reagan's success was the positive message of hope of a better tomorrow, while on the edge of economic collapse.
