See Mary Landrieu. See Mary run. See Mary get her ass handed to her.

I've been looking forward to tonight. The vicarious thrill of watching Mary get shot down from afar is a welcome dose of belly-laugh schadenfreude.

And of course, as it goes down to the wire, things get desperate. The latest polls (there aren't many) show fat Mary down by 20+ points, and getting killed in early voting. She's grasping at any and every straw, even agreeing to a ten-minute phone interview with Tea Party-associated talk show host Jeff Crouere the other day. It didn't go well.

Now we have this, a flyer being handed out at churches and on street corners, and stuck on windshields by the thousands, signed by "a Concerned Citizen." Ah, fearmongering at its finest and most intense. Thank you, fat, sad Mary, for seat #54 in the 114th Senate!

Well, fortunately for me (I think), I've never gotten anything on that list.

So, I wouldn't have to vote for her.

OMG!

Sure. One funny aspect to me is the clear attempt this flyer represents to appeal to minority voters -- especially blacks, who make up roughly 1/3 of Louisiana's electorate, and who benefit disproportionately from all the programs listed. Here's a snip from a recent ABC News article:

QuoteOver the last decade, Louisiana's electorate has grown increasingly conservative. While Landrieu enjoys a loyal base of support among African Americans, most of the state's white population now votes with the Republican Party. On Nov. 4, as a case in point, Landrieu captured 94 percent of the black vote compared to just 18 percent of the white vote.

It would appear to me that Mary is not exactly a touchstone of racial harmony.

I think the funniest line in the flyer is this one: "Support Senator Mary Landrieu and send a message that we support our President and we will no longer allow anyone to disrespect him." Poor Mary has been absolutely schizophrenic on this issue. Throughout her campaign, at least until recent weeks, she has tied herself into knots trying to distance herself from the Kenyan, and downplay the fact that she voted for KenyaCare. Now, when it comes down to the wire and she needs to get the black vote out, she's suddenly all in favor of the Kenyan, and dissing those who "disrespect" him, by one account by daring to refer to him as "Obama."

I'm surprised she didn't say that in last-minute Tweets.

The bottom line here is this is the exclamation point on "Obama destroying the democrat party".

These are good days.  We just need to pour it on, score 4 more TD's even if we're up by 3.

Our opponent is permanently 5-years-old, and will always be playing as though they're still winning, even as they near extinction.  The MSM, academia, and Hollywood support will make them always dangerous and hard to put down.

As was noted elsewhere, there's already 2 TV shows and a wave of MSM propaganda being served up for Hillary.  No teling what it will look like in a year.  They'll be ginning up the Obama bios, to make him look like MLK, Ghandi, Geo Washington, and Einstein.

Let's make sure that the dems-progs go out like Hitler, and don't hang around like Stalin, Mao, Ho, and Kim.
