Florida, which is so Republican that over 2/3 of the legislature is Republican and ALL Supreme Court justices are Republican hires by affirmative action. Below is a link for government jobs for Idaho and Florida. Note that Florida calls itself an affirmative action employer on EVERY job listing, but not Idaho. The people getting the preferences are Democrats.
