Wright State University President David Hopkins
just announced that the university will not host the
first Presidential debate on September 26.
Citing increasing cost of security
and the recent attack in Nice, France,
he estimated the cost of hosting the debate to be $8 million.
He stated that the university has not been able to
raise enough money to do the job.
