IMHO, a "good guy" is someone who tells it like it is (rather than lying to save their own skin), represents the voting public (instead of themselves and their "elite friends"), communicates with their constituents and is publicly accountable.
President Trump may have been the last one to do that and we all know how that turned out...

Drug abuse is "good". Addiction is a "disease". Ballot fraud is "good" because it furthers the "woke" agenda. Defunding law enforcement is "good", law and order is "bad". Superiority and discrimination that is labeled as "equality" is "good". True equality is "bad".
Socialism that is labeled as "patriotism" is "good". Real patriotism is "bad".
Abortion is "good", killing babies is freedom and "choice". Speaking out about abortion is "bad".
Putting America first is "bad". Putting Communism and China first is "good".
Following the science is "bad", following "science" is "good".
Speaking truth is "bad", regurgitating what the DNC wants the rhetoric to be is "good".
Elderly abuse is "good" if it furthers the Democrat agenda. Speaking concerns about elder abuse and Beijing's mental state is "bad".
Illegal immigration is "good", legal immigration is "bad".
Lawlessness is "good", peace and order is "bad".
