Would you rather wait until AFTER Clinton is sworn in and then have her be impeached, removed and jailed for her crimes --- or is justice better-served by bombing that vile shrew out of the water NOW and letting Democrats see how low their own party has gone, offering these criminals in the first place?

That's a three way mirror right there.

First...If they charge her now before the election Obama will pardon her. I think treason is the only unpardonable sin. Someone correct me on that if i'm way off base please.

Second...If she is elected IMO she will be a lame duck president. She will be putting out fires everyday. Nothing will get done. By the way what happens if she was to take office and they charge her...?

Third...If she loses the election Trump will pardon her.
People sleep peacefully at night because there are a few tough men prepared to do violence on their behalf.

A foolish man complains about his torn pockets.

A wise man uses it to scratch his balls.

There are limits to a pardon, thankfully.

The President...shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.
ARTICLE II, SECTION 2, CLAUSE 1

Point being, what Hillary did as an Representative of the people can be construed as an Impeachable offense, so even if elected and seated in office, does not exonerate her in anyway.
However, I wouldn't count on the GOP to do what's Right for the Nation.
Quite the conundrum, isn't it?

I believe the senate needs a 2/3 vote to convict. We have too many rinos for that to happen.

Exactly why no action. It would become a distraction from undoing all the harm Obama has done in two terms.
