Saw an interesting segment on FOX (ugh), but it seems many, if not all, states with Early Voting have mechanisms in place for CHANGING YOUR VOTE.
In some cases it is as simple as showing up on Election Day and Voting then - nullifying any previous vote you may have cast.

We are now 24 hours into this development so I will make a couple of observations.
First, we have no idea what the FBI found, but it could likely be Huma having classified material on her laptop she shared with the pervert. That raises a couple of questions. Does Huma have a security clearance that allows her access to such info? Secondly, was Hillary sharing this information with Huma? From all indications Hillary can't fart without checking it out with Huma.
Next, will the Obama's disappear from the campaign trail. It has been reported he is enamored with his legacy. Will they drop Hillary like a bad habit now. Keep an eye on Obama's schedule for the next week.

A bit of background, for non-Microsoft Outlook users.
When you set up your email boxes, by default, there is an "online inbox folder" where everything incoming goes.
Since it is common to read emails "off-line", and respond to emails while not connected to the server, most people set up a "Rule" to copy those emails to their "Off-line inbox folder". From there it's automatic, seemless, and the action takes place every time you connect to the email server, hourly, daily, once a month, etc. (Rules are created for sorting mail into folders, in this case, Huma had an off-line folder named, "Life Insurance") All this could have been set up 5-10 years ago, she may have forgot, or didn't realize "emails are forever".

My bet is more than a few people in the Obama White House are thinking they should have found a crook to put into that job. If not a crook, at least someone with ambition for a life in DC after his term at the Bureau was up. That's the kind of guy who would look for a way to make everyone happy, because he wants friends in town, not enemies. Comey is looking a lot like a guy who will be happy to retire to some small college job teaching law, after he finishes up his public service at the Bureau.

Point being, what Hillary did as an Representative of the people can be construed as an Impeachable offense, so even if elected and seated in office, does not exonerate her in anyway.
