What if he calls her bluff? What will they do? Boycott? That will look great with half the congress missing. This will bypass Piglosi and Mitch and be held in the House Chamber where the State of the Union is always held.

There is no rule that states he has to hold it in Congress, only that he, on occasion address Congress of the state of the union.
In today's world, that address could come from anywhere in the world, like say, "The Border"? :biggrin:

I know but if Trump calls for a "Joint Session of Congress" he can bypass Piglosi and take over Nancy's House Chamber that is so dear to her. I'm also in agreement be can hold it anywhere and wouldn't have to look at the democrats stink faces but on the flip side I sure would love for President Trump to take over the House Chamber against her will by calling a "Joint Session of Congress".

NO, the President cannot call a joint session of Congress, he can call Congress in for a special session if they are on recess.
