Can someone explain this?

How can a Ton of Coffee, Emit 15 to 20 tons of Co2?

That's akin to claiming a 1 ounce bar of gold, yields 20 times its weight upon use?
Have they been lying all this time about the actual weight of Co2? Duh, Yeah! It's Liberal Math...

They're probably cherry picking which parts of coffee making they include in their analysis.
They're probably including transportation, packaging, grinding, heating the water,
and probably claiming that fuel is used in drying the coffee beans, which is false.
The beans are dried in sunlight after being picked.

No doubt they're leaving out the fact that - coffee actually DOES grow on trees!
Which CONSUME carbon dioxide! And produce OXYGEN!
When you include that, it's likely that coffee has NEGATIVE (not just zero!)
carbon dioxide impact!
