Good point, it used to be 'Convicted' to be pardoned, but Dims keep changing the rules.
Why Diddy hasn't been killed yet? This is more a Hollyweird connection than a Fuglosi thing, she and Hillary can't be bothered with what their pawns got themselves caught up in.
Then there's one other aspect, the DNC is totally broke and in debt now, so it's possible they can't afford his suicide and escape.
