Title: Obliterating a generation
Post by: arpad on September 29, 2010, 02:08:47 PM
Dick Morris is predicting a Republican sweep of the House and the Senate with some notable names looking vulnerable.

In the Senate the name that hit me between the eyes was Barney Frank.

Yup, Morris thinks that Frank could lose his Senate seat.

I used to think that Hillary was pretty bad but in terms of doing damage to the U.S. she's a piker compared to Frank. Seeing as how Frank is from New Jersey, a pretty reliable blue state, it's hard to overstate how big a deal him having to scramble for, and possibly lose, his seat is.

I can't believe that there's even the slightest possibility that the reps could beat Barney.  What a feather in the cap that would be.  Happy days would be here again!

Even if he stays, I'd love to see him rendered irrelevant. :)

Uh, Barney Frank is also a Representative from MASSACHUSETTS (not New Jersey).

Speaking of Barney Frank. I heard he tried to enlist. He loved the new dress uniform for the Don't Ask, Don't Tell, Army.

Don't ask where he is concealing his weapon.
