The part about her bills were paid evidently means heat and electricity was still on in the house, suggesting a squatter was in there. But I've never heard of squatters who assumed the owner's political identity. Since Pontiac is still Donk country, I don't expect we'll ever heard the whole story here.

Just out of curiosity was she receiving a Social Security check, SSI or public assistance?
